Multi-Trader - Social Housing Maintenance
Location: Bethnal Green, Mile End & Hackney (within a 10-mile radius)
Salary: Hourly rate for 12 weeks (£42,000 - £44,000 per annum upon permanent employment)
Contract: Temp to Perm
Start Date: Immediate
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for experienced Multi-Traders to join a busy social housing maintenance team covering Bethnal Green, Mile End, Hackney and surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term position with a well-established contractor, offering a clear path to permanent employment after 12 weeks, alongside an attractive benefits package.
The Role
* Carrying out day-to-day Multi-Trade and repair works within occupied social housing properties.
* Undertaking a variety of multi-trade tasks to a high standard.
* Working across Bethnal Green, Mile End and Hackney, with all work located within a maximum 10-mile radius.
* Delivering excellent customer service while working in residents' homes.
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday
* 8:00am - 5:00pm
* Overtime available following successful completion of the 3-month probationary period

Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Multi-Trader
* Full UK driving licence with up to 6 penalty points accepted
* Clean DBS check
* Strong experience working within domestic maintenance and repairs
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
