You will work on a varied mix of commercial property agency and transactional instructions, advising clients on disposals, acquisitions and leasing strategy.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing commercial property disposals, acquisitions and leasing instructions from instruction to completion
Advising clients on marketing strategy, pricing, negotiations and transaction strategy
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, occupiers, investors and professional contacts
Producing market advice and identifying opportunities for new instructions
Supporting the continued growth of the agency and advisory offeringWhat we’re looking forWe are keen to speak with commercially minded property professionals who enjoy client-facing work and want more ownership of their career.
You are likely to have:
Experience within commercial agency, general practice, property advisory, valuation or a related transactional property role
Experience managing property transactions, including negotiations and Heads of Terms
Strong knowledge of the commercial property market, valuation drivers and landlord-and-tenant matters
The confidence to advise clients and develop new relationships
Ambition to build your profile and progress within a growing specialist business
MRICS or AssocRICS qualification or progression towards Chartered status would be advantageous.About the business
