The Role
As a Maths Teacher, you will:
· Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach Key Stage 5 for suitable candidates.
· Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can succeed.
· Monitor, assess and track student progress effectively.
· Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and enhance the Maths curriculum.
· Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities and pastoral support.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
· A degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
· Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Maths.
· Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
· A commitment to raising achievement and ensuring positive outcomes for all learners.
· The ability to motivate and inspire students of varying abilities.
