The Role As a Production Operative, your duties may include:
* Operating assembly line equipment and machinery
* Assembling, packing, and labeling products to high standards
* Quality checking finished goods and identifying defects
* Supplying raw materials to production lines
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy working environment
* Working towards daily production targets
* Following strict health, safety, and hygiene guidelines
Working Hours Candidates must be happy and flexible to work shifts, including:
* 06:00 – 14:00
* 14:00 – 22:00
Additional shift patterns may be available depending on the site and role.
What We Are Looking For
* Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not essential
* Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
* Reliable, punctual, and physically active
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
* Flexible approach to working hours and shift patterns
