About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Replenishment Operative to join our busy warehouse team in Harlow. This is a physically demanding role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who thrives on staying active and maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Replenishing stock across the warehouse to ensure consistent product availability
* Handling and moving goods, including heavy lifting on a regular basis
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
* Accurately locating and storing items in the correct warehouse positions
* Supporting picking and packing teams during peak periods
* Following all health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
* Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks throughout the shift
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Good level of physical fitness and stamina
* Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
* Previous warehouse or replenishment experience is desirable but not essential
