We’re recruiting for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join a well-respected refurbishment contractor in Dartford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who’s looking to work on varied projects—fire safety works, refurbishments, M&E upgrades, and small works—while being part of a supportive team environment. Key responsibilities:

Managing costs across fire, refurb, M&E, and small works projects

Working closely with the Commercial Director and wider project teams

*

Preparing tenders, budgets, and valuations

*

Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and commercial targets

We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience as a Quantity Surveyor (ideally within refurbishment / small works / M&E / fire projects)

*

Enjoys working as part of a small, collaborative team

*

Is commercially astute with excellent communication skills

*

Wants to develop and progress in a long-term role
