Ecommerce Account Executive
Mansfield | £28,000-£32,000 depending on experience and client | Full-time
A service-driven role focused on customers, coordination and getting things done.
We're looking for several Ecommerce Account Executive's to join a growing ecommerce and fulfilment team for various clients in the Mansfield area
This is a non-sales role. You'll look after existing customers, manage day-to-day queries and coordinate with internal teams to make sure requirements are delivered smoothly and on time.
The role
Manage day-to-day customer queries and account requests.
Build strong relationships with existing customers.
Coordinate with ecommerce, fulfilment and operational teams.
Keep customers updated and ensure requests are followed through.
Support quotations, costs, reporting and account information.
Help resolve issues and identify ways to improve service.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.About you:

Confident communicating with customers and colleagues.
Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
Practical, reliable and solution focused.
A strong team player.Experience in ecommerce, customer service, account support, fulfilment, logistics or operations would be beneficial.
