Are you an experienced metal fabricator or production operative looking for a hands-on role in a busy, fast-paced manufacturing environment? Join a supportive team in Newbury where you’ll develop your skills working with a variety of metal treatment processes including shot peening, powder coating, and chemical treatment.

What we’re looking for:

* Previous experience in metal fabrication, production or engineering

* MIG and TIG welding experience beneficial

* Experience with press brake, CNC or similar machinery preferred

* Comfortable with manual handling and working with metal treatments/chemicals

* Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic
