How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    This Programme Manager will lead complex business transformation and operational improvement across a large international manufacturing organisation, ensuring strategic initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable business impact. The role combines programme leadership, stakeholder engagement, systems implementation, and change management to drive improvements in productivity, technology adoption, and operational performance.

    This opportunity is with a large international manufacturing business that supplies essential everyday consumer products to major retailers and brands across multiple markets. The organisation operates a complex network of manufacturing sites and is investing significantly in operational excellence, digital transformation, and business-wide change programmes to improve efficiency, productivity, and long-term growth.

    The business has an established Transformation function responsible for delivering strategic change across manufacturing operations, systems, and business processes. With a sizeable portfolio of programmes underway, this role offers the chance to work on high-impact initiatives, collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions, and play a key role in shaping the future direction of the organisation.

    Description

    Lead the end-to-end management of strategic programmes, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
    Oversee systems implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration into existing processes.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change management initiatives and ensure stakeholder alignment.
    Utilise data and analytics to measure programme progress and identify areas for improvement.
    Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure alignment with operational requirements.
    Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines.
    Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with programme delivery.
    Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates to senior stakeholders.Profile

    A successful Programme Manager should have:

    10 years + as a Programme Manager / Senior Project Manager
    Proven experience in programme management within the FMCG or a related industry.
    Ability to own high-value, critical Programmes, autonomously.
    Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes.
    Experience in Systems Implementation.
    Solid understanding of data and analytics to support decision-making.
    Expertise in managing organisational change and stakeholder communication.
    Excellent problem-solving and project planning skills.
    Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.Job Offer
