Are you an Estimating Engineer looking to join a well-established and rapidly growing engineering business where you will play a key role in estimating HVAC projects and there are great paths for progression?

Do you want to join a company that invests in its people, and gives you the opportunity to estimate ventilation, air conditioning and general HVAC projects while working closely with clients, reviewing technical specifications and drawings, and helping deliver competitive solutions across the HVAC market?

This role would suit an Estimating Engineer or similar with previous experience estimating within the HVAC industry, strong product knowledge, and a commercially minded approach who is looking for a varied role with opportunities for training and progression.

In this role, the successful candidate will estimate HVAC projects from specifications, schedules and drawings, liaise with clients to finalise designs, follow up quotations, carry out cost analysis and value engineering, and work closely with Project Engineers to ensure a smooth handover once projects are secured.

The Role:

Estimating ventilation, air conditioning and general HVAC projects
Using take-off and estimating software, including Ensign
Reviewing and handing over projects to Project Engineers at order stage
CAD skills advantageousThe Person:

Estimating Engineer or similar background
Previous experience estimating within the HVAC market is essential
