The RoleAs a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into the classroom when teachers are absent, delivering pre-planned lessons while ensuring students remain engaged and focused. You'll play an important role in maintaining a positive learning environment and supporting schools with their day-to-day cover needs.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects.
Supervise classes and maintain a calm, productive learning environment.
Manage behaviour confidently and uphold school expectations.
Keep students engaged and on task throughout lessons.
Follow school policies and procedures at all times.
Adapt quickly to different schools, year groups and classroom settings.What We're Looking For

Confidence leading a classroom and managing behaviour.
