An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Injection Mould Setter to join an established manufacturing business in Great Dunmow.

This is a hands-on role focused on tool changes, material and colour changes, machine start-up and setting injection moulding machines to approved parameters.

You will be responsible for getting the correct tool into the correct machine, producing an approved first-off part and keeping production running safely and efficiently.

The role will involve monitoring machine performance, responding to production issues, minimising downtime and scrap, and working closely with Operators and the Mouldshop Team Leader to achieve daily production targets.

We are looking for an experienced Injection Mould Setter with strong practical knowledge and the ability to work confidently on the shop floor.

Experience of process troubleshooting, tool trials, process optimisation or machine and ancillary equipment maintenance would be advantageous, as would knowledge of 5S, OEE or SMED.
