Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 6:00pm
You will be working for this well-established logistics firm in Northampton who have a friendly, supportive team. They're looking for a Customer Service Advisor who enjoys helping people, keeping things running smoothly and making a genuine difference to the customer experience. You'll be joining a busy, welcoming environment where your organisation, communication skills and attention to detail will be truly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the friendly first point of contact for customers, answering calls and working with service partners to resolve queries
Keep customers informed by liaising with suppliers and providing clear, relevant updates
Respond promptly and professionally to customer calls and emails
Book and accurately process new jobs
Help customers navigate and use the company website
Work closely with drivers to keep services running smoothly
Support the wider team with a range of general administrative tasks
Skills and Experience required:
Previous B2B customer service experience within an office
A confident communicator with excellent telephone manner
Efficient administration skills and good attention to detail
Ability to use own initiative with a can-do attitude
Ability to work in a high pressured, fast paced environment
IT Literate including Excel and Word
