About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Content Designer to join a fast-paced Rewards team within a leading financial services organisation.

You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary product and design team alongside UX Designers, Product Owners, Researchers and other Content Designers to create clear, useful and customer-focused digital experiences.

The role offers a varied mix of product development, BAU activity and customer campaigns, giving you the opportunity to influence both everyday customer experiences and high-profile initiatives.

The Project

A key focus of the role will be the Challenges feature within Rewards.

Challenges are designed to encourage customers to adopt positive financial behaviours and reward them for doing so. You'll play an important role in understanding customer needs and translating those insights into engaging, accessible and easy-to-understand digital experiences.

Alongside this product work, you'll also support BAU activity and customer campaigns, including high-profile seasonal campaigns.

Essential Experience

Strong, recent experience working specifically as a Content Designer.
Experience collaborating closely with UX/Product Designers.
Experience working within multidisciplinary product teams.
Strong practical experience using Figma.
Experience working with design systems.
Experience developing customer journeys and digital experiences.
Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective content solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Comfortable working independently and at pace.
Experience working in an Agile environment.Key Responsibilities

Create clear, engaging and customer-centred content for digital products and experiences.
Work closely with UX and Product Designers to develop end-to-end customer journeys.
Understand customer problems, needs and goals and translate them into effective content solutions.
Contribute throughout the product design and delivery process as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business and confidently communicate and champion content decisions.
Create and iterate content directly within Figma.
Work within established design systems and content frameworks.
Support product development, BAU activity and customer campaigns.
Manage your own workload and take ownership of deliverables from discovery through to execution.
Work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Help ensure content is consistent, accessible and aligned with both customer and business needs.
