Senior Scrum Master Contract Dublin 6-18 Months. My client a leader in their respected market is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Senior Scrum Master to join them on a contract basis for 6 months with a view for extension up to 18-24 months.

As a Senior Scrum Master you will be expected to have significant experience in managing products in the Agile methodology and skilled in facilitating in an iterative environment. You will demonstrates servant leadership among team(s) and business partners. You must possess a can-do attitude and willingness to work with scrum teams to deliver working software within the confines of Agile. You will have experience utilising a structured product management methodology, including agile, as well as formal tools and approaches

Successful candidates will have 5 years scrum or similar agile experience, Scrum master experience and certification preferred.Accounting background and/or financial services experience preferred. A minimum of five years of commercial experience as a Scrum Master / Scrum Coach successfully managing multiple projects/teams in a technical environment. Experience with recognised Scrum workflow tools (JIRA) and other tools - SharePoint and Confluence. Extensive experience required to own sprint / quarter on quarter metrics - Daily Radiator / sprint reviews / capacity planning / quarterly program increment (PI) planning.
