This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused marketer to take ownership of the marketing function, developing and delivering campaigns that support lead generation, enhance brand visibility, and contribute to continued business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver marketing initiatives that align with business objectives and growth plans.
Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, email, PR, social media, and traditional channels.
Collaborate closely with commercial teams to support lead generation and business development activity.
Oversee campaign schedules, marketing plans, and content calendars to ensure projects are delivered effectively.
Produce and manage a range of marketing materials, including presentations, case studies, brochures, and digital content.
Support the delivery of exhibitions, networking events, conferences, and industry engagement activities.
Analyse market developments, customer trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Track campaign success through reporting, performance analysis, and ROI measurement.
Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and creative partners.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications and manage marketing expenditure effectively.
The Successful Candidate Will:
Have previous experience within a B2B marketing environment.
Demonstrate success delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns that achieve commercial objectives.
Possess strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, social media, SEO, and email marketing.
Have experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally HubSpot.
Be confident managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Be highly organised with excellent project management and attention to detail.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign results and performance data.
Combine creativity with a commercial mindset and a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing reporting tools.
