On offer is a great opportunity to join a well-established HVAC, refrigeration and air conditioning specialist, coordinating installation projects from quotation through to completion and gaining hands-on exposure to real project delivery.
With over sixty years' experience in their sector, this company is known for delivering a high standard of service and creating a great place to work. As a result of continued growth, they are now looking to add an organised coordinator to support their Projects and Contracts Managers.
In this role you will help plan and coordinate installation projects, liaise with engineers, subcontractors and suppliers, raise and compare quotations, order materials, maintain project records and support health & safety documentation, invoicing and contract administration.
This role would suit someone who is highly organised, proactive and looking to develop a career in project coordination, contract administration and project management.
The Role:
Coordinate HVAC / refrigeration / air conditioning installation projects from quotation through to completion
Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
Support planning, scheduling, documentation, records, and cost tracking
Assist with invoicing, contract administration and O&M manuals
Office-based with site visits as required (40 hours per week)
The Person:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with confident communication skills
Good IT skills (Microsoft Office) and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Full UK driving licence
