Technical Parts Administrator, Crick

Salary £30,000 per annum + Bonus

Hours of work 8 am – 5 pm (1 hour for lunch)

* Ordering daily airfreight from our Head Office

* Ordering weekly road freight from our Head Office

* Ordering from suppliers

* Inputting Engineering orders

* Providing Customs information to our freight partner

* Responding to information requests from internal colleagues

* Collating and distributing daily reports on activity

* Amending stock availability. Stock count, stock control.

* Extensive data input

* Updating commodity codes for customers

* Liaising with Internal departments to satisfy customer needs

* Liaising with Air and Road Freight

* Working closely with Stores, Warehouse and Service departments to satisfy customer needs

* Extensive use of Excel and SAP

Skills required:

Excellent communication skills, ability to liaise with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Competent user of Excel (Pivot tables & VLookups)

Preference given to those with SAP skills

Competent Administrator.

Good customer service skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work unaided

Car driver

This role is working onsite daily
