Since opening our first home in 2007, Homes2Inspire has grown to become the UK's largest charity-owned provider of residential children's homes. We support over 150 children across 54 homes and 2 semi-independent leaving care facilities and high-needs foster care provision.

About the Home:
Hardwick House will support up to 4 young people and will provide a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment for children and young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs. Our aim is to offer stability, build trusting relationships and help young people achieve positive and lasting outcomes.

As Registered Home Manager, you will:
* Lead and manage a specialist residential service supporting four young people with complex needs.
* Ensure outstanding standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.
* Develop and inspire a resilient, high-performing team that embodies Homes2Inspire values.
* Promote therapeutic, trauma-informed practice throughout the service.
* Work collaboratively across a supportive cluster of homes, sharing expertise and best practice.
* Build positive relationships with external agencies, commissioners, and stakeholders.
* Monitor quality, outcomes, and service performance to drive continuous improvement.
* Lead on recruitment, development, supervision, and performance management of staff.
* Manage budgets, resources, and occupancy effectively.
* Create a nurturing environment where children and young people can flourish.
What we're Looking For
We are seeking a passionate and child-focused leader who brings resilience, compassion, and strong leadership skills.
* Previous experience within children's residential care, including leadership and management responsibilities.
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding, Children's Homes Regulations, and Quality Standards.
* QCF level 5 or an equivalent qualification or working towards
* Experience supporting children and young people with complex needs.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* The ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with stakeholders and external agencies.
* A commitment to achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.
* The resilience to manage a demanding but highly rewarding service.
