How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

KenzoAI is hiring an ambitious E-commerce Growth & Signup Acquisition Specialist to help introduce StoreClaw AI to people who are starting ecommerce businesses, already running online stores, or trying to bring multiple ecommerce tools and workflows into one intelligent platform.
This is not a basic lead-generation role.
We are looking for someone who understands how to move a prospect through the complete commercial journey:
Attention → Interest → Signup → Platform Usage → Activation → Paid Subscription → Retention.
The objective is to generate qualified users who have a genuine commercial reason to use StoreClaw AI.
StoreClaw AI should be presented to entrepreneurs, merchants and digital operators who want a more integrated approach to ecommerce technology, AI, research, marketing, operations and growth.
This link should be used in approved acquisition activity so registrations and conversions can be attributed correctly.
    Who You Will Target
The core audience includes people preparing to start an ecommerce business, existing Shopify or WooCommerce merchants, marketplace sellers, creators moving into commerce, digital entrepreneurs, ecommerce agencies, online retailers and growth-focused companies looking to improve how their ecommerce operation is managed.
The strongest prospects are people already experiencing problems such as fragmented software, too many subscriptions, inefficient workflows, weak product research, poor marketing coordination, limited automation or difficulty understanding what is happening across their ecommerce business.
We want the candidate to identify people at the moment they are actively looking for a better solution.
    Your Mission
Your job is to generate and manage high-quality StoreClaw AI signups.
A successful acquisition is not simply someone who creates an account.
We want users who understand the platform, explore it, use relevant features and have a credible possibility of becoming paying customers.
You will therefore be responsible for helping improve both signup volume and signup quality.
    What You Will Do
    Your responsibilities may include:
    *
Identifying high-intent ecommerce prospects and relevant online communities.
    *
Creating and testing compelling acquisition messages for different customer segments.
    *
Generating qualified StoreClaw AI registrations through approved digital channels.
    *
Helping new users understand why the platform is relevant to their ecommerce goals.
    *
Monitoring signup, activation and paid conversion performance.
    *
Testing different audiences, messages and acquisition channels.
    *
Developing partnerships, referral opportunities and community-based acquisition strategies.
    *
Reporting which sources generate the strongest commercial users.
Acquisition channels may include social media, creator partnerships, ecommerce groups, entrepreneurial communities, direct outreach, digital advertising, affiliate-style partnerships, educational content, newsletters, business communities and other legitimate marketing channels.
    The Marketing Approach
We are not looking for someone who simply distributes a link everywhere.
The strongest candidate will think strategically about demand.
    The question is not:
“How many people can I get to click?”
    The better questions are:
    Who genuinely needs this product?
What problem are they trying to solve?
What message will make StoreClaw AI immediately relevant?
What makes them activate after registering?
What makes them become a paid subscriber?
Which acquisition source produces the highest-value users?
The successful candidate should approach growth as a measurable commercial system.
Target Audience → Message → Qualified Traffic → Signup → Activation → Subscription → Retention.
    Performance and Analytics
We want the acquisition process to become increasingly data-driven.
Performance will be evaluated using metrics such as signup volume, qualified signup rate, activation rate, paid conversion rate, acquisition source, customer acquisition cost, subscription revenue, retention and customer lifetime value.
The goal is to discover which combinations of audience, channel and message produce the strongest economics.
Once a channel demonstrates consistent commercial performance, KenzoAI may increase investment into that channel.
    Compensation and 5% Performance Bonus
The role includes performance-based earning potential.
For attributable users who become valid paid StoreClaw AI subscribers, the successful candidate can receive a 5% bonus under the agreed compensation and attribution structure.
The purpose of the bonus is to reward genuine commercial performance rather than meaningless traffic.
We therefore care more about a smaller number of serious users who actively use the platform and become customers than a large number of registrations with no commercial intent.
Fake accounts, duplicate registrations, bots, misleading acquisition methods, artificial signups or manipulated traffic will not qualify.
    Who We Want
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience or strong understanding of ecommerce, SaaS, AI, growth marketing, performance marketing, digital entrepreneurship, customer acquisition, social media growth, affiliate marketing, partnerships, sales, conversion optimisation or online business development.
You do not need to come from one specific professional background.
What matters most is that you can think commercially.
You should be capable of understanding both the psychology of the customer and the economics of the acquisition funnel.
We want someone who can identify why a customer converts, why another customer does not, where qualified users are coming from and how successful acquisition channels can be scaled.
    The Bigger Opportunity
Ecommerce businesses increasingly operate through large numbers of disconnected applications.
    That fragmentation creates complexity.
StoreClaw AI represents an opportunity to introduce a more intelligent and integrated way for ecommerce entrepreneurs to operate.
The long-term objective is bigger than generating registrations.
KenzoAI wants to develop a repeatable customer-acquisition engine capable of identifying entrepreneurs and merchants when they have genuine commercial demand, introducing them to StoreClaw AI, converting them into active users and ultimately building long-term customer relationships.
A candidate who demonstrates that they can repeatedly generate high-quality users could become increasingly important to the growth of this programme.
    How to Apply
Before applying, review StoreClaw AI here:
    (url removed)>
In your application, explain your experience in customer acquisition or ecommerce growth, which audience you would target first, which channels you would use, how you would generate the first qualified signups and how you would encourage those users to actually use the platform and progress toward becoming paid customers.
We are especially interested in people who combine creativity, commercial intelligence, digital marketing ability, technical curiosity and disciplined performance measurement.
    Hiring Company: KenzoAI
Build qualified demand. Convert genuine users. Measure performance. Scale what works.
