Contract Hours: 30h or 15h (2 or 1 shift per week)
Shifts: Shift patterns will include long day sleepover shifts and occasional waking nights
Imogen is a fiercely independent and spontaneous young lady who thrives on an adrenaline rush and solving challenging puzzles. Those supporting Imogen need to be okay with variety and last-minute adventures as you might be on a road trip one day, the next tackling an escape room, spending the day hunting for bargains, or at home analysing the latest true crime mystery together. She wants people who will work alongside her, not for her or over her. Building a genuine relationship built on trust, respect, and shared problem solving is key to the role.
At times Imogen can be a bit of a night owl, choosing to stay up later and wake later. Imogen has a great sense of humour and loves to have a laugh with her team. She very much enjoys sharing her knowledge, ideas and successes with her team. She likes people to learn something new from her. Imogen requires her support team to be patient, understanding, flexible, resilient and committed. At times, Imogen may engage with behaviours that are risky, she needs to be confident that her staff can remain calm and supportive during these challenges.
We are looking for a People who will not only build a strong relationship with Imogen but also with her mum who is very important in Imogen’s life. It’s important that you spend the time understanding the perspective of family and work alongside them proactively but also be able to question anything you are unsure about.
