We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Worcester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher looking to begin their teaching career in a welcoming school environment with excellent support and mentoring.
The Role:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and motivate pupils.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children can thrive.
Assess, monitor, and record pupil progress.
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil development.
Contribute to the wider life of the school.
Requirements:
ā Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or due to achieve QTS
ā ECTs encouraged to apply
ā Good understanding of the Primary National Curriculum
ā Strong classroom management skills
ā Passion for teaching and helping children reach their full potential
ā Excellent communication and organisational skills
