💼 The Role
Position: Nursery Nurse
Room: Baby / Toddler / Preschool room
Contract: Full-time | Permanent | Monday–Friday
Hours: 40 hours/week, between 8:00am–6:00pm]
Salary: £26,500 - £28,100 per year (depending on experience)
🌱 What You'll Be Doing
Providing warm, attentive day-to-day care for children in your room
Delivering fun, EYFS-aligned learning activities
Supporting each child's individual development and next steps
Building genuine relationships with children and their families
Keeping accurate, up-to-date observations and records
Maintaining a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment
Working closely with the rest of the room team
👶 What We're Looking For
✔ Level 3 Childcare qualification
✔ Experience within the childcare sector (or a genuine willingness to learn)
✔ Clear Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one)
✔ A positive, proactive and caring attitude
✔ Ability to use your own initiative and work well as part of a team
