With some really exciting projects happening now and on the horizon my client is looking for an experienced production supervisor to drive performance on the shop floor. You'll be tasked with managing the manufacturing team to ensure targets are being met and parts are being delivered on time to customers.
This is a chance for you to be involved with the latest technology within their specialism and supply into the exciting sectors of motorsport and aerospace. They have full manufacturing on site so you'll see the products go from concept through to completion.
There is a mix of experience and younger profiles in the team so you'll need to train/develop junior employees and keep experienced employees motivated.
What do you need:
Experience within fast paced manufacturing
Leadership skills
Lean manufacturing and CI experience
CNC experience would be advantageous
This is a permanent opportunity and based on site with my client in Northamptonshire 5 days a week. Working on a Early/Late shift pattern, Monday to Friday.

£50000.00 - £55000.00 per year
