We’re looking for an engaging and confident Showroom Sales Consultant to be the face of our business and create an exceptional experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
This role is about much more than selling. You’ll host customers in the showroom, understand what has brought them to us, and bring our products and brand to life through great conversation and storytelling. You’ll help customers explore the range, explain what makes our products special, and guide them towards the right choice in a natural, knowledgeable and welcoming way.
As an ambassador for the business, you’ll represent our brand values in everything you do — from the way customers are welcomed to the presentation and atmosphere of the showroom.

* Welcome and host customers, creating a warm and memorable showroom experience.
* Tell the story of our brand, products and craftsmanship with enthusiasm and authenticity.
* Understand customers’ needs and confidently guide them through the sales journey.
* Demonstrate products and communicate their features, benefits and points of difference.
* Build relationships with customers and follow up on enquiries and opportunities.
* Actively promote the brand and help turn showroom visits into sales and long-term customer relationships.
* Maintain an immaculate, inspiring showroom that reflects the quality of the business.
