Senior Architect

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Architect to join an established multidisciplinary consultancy in Birmingham.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative professional environment, working alongside a range of technical and design disciplines and contributing to the delivery of high-quality projects.
The Role
As Senior Architect, you will take a leading role within the architectural team, with responsibility for the technical delivery of projects, design coordination and supporting project teams from design through to delivery.
You will be involved in:
* Leading the technical delivery of architectural projects
* Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary consultancy environment
* Coordinating with other technical and design disciplines
* Developing and coordinating detailed design and production information
* Working closely with clients, consultants and project teams
* Providing technical guidance and resolving design and construction issues
* Supporting and mentoring members of the architectural team
* Contributing to project delivery, programme and commercial objectives
About You
The following experience is essential:
* Qualified Architect with ARB registration and relevant RIBA qualifications (or equivalent)
* Strong technical architectural experience with a proven track record of project delivery
* Excellent Revit experience – essential
* Strong understanding of BIM and technical design delivery
* Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary consultancy
* Good knowledge of construction, materials, detailing and relevant standards
* Strong communication and client-facing skills
* A minimum of 10 years' professional experience post-ARB qualification
