About the Role
HME Services is looking for a reliable, hardworking and professional Cleaner / Driver to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality cleaning services across various sites throughout Greater London, while also driving company vehicles and transporting cleaning equipment and materials as required.
This is a varied role that requires someone who is organised, punctual, flexible and takes pride in delivering a high standard of work.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out professional cleaning services across various sites in Greater London.
* Maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
* Use cleaning products, materials and equipment safely and correctly.
* Drive company vehicles to and from different work locations.
* Transport cleaning equipment and materials between sites.
* Ensure company vehicles and equipment are kept clean, secure and well maintained.
* Follow company health and safety procedures.
* Complete cleaning tasks efficiently and within required timeframes.
* Work independently and as part of a team.
* Maintain a professional and courteous approach when dealing with customers and site staff.
* Report any issues, damage or maintenance requirements to management.
* Complete job records and other relevant paperwork as required.
Requirements
* Full UK Driving Licence – essential.
* Previous cleaning experience is desirable.
* Good attention to detail.
* Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
* Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Physically able to carry cleaning equipment and supplies.
* Willingness to travel to different sites across Greater London.
* Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
* Professional appearance and attitude.
