Requirements
* PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Minimum of 1 years' teaching experience within UK schools or colleges
* Excellent subject knowledge.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* SEN Teaching Experience
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons
* Prepare students for examinations and coursework requirements
* Monitor, assess and track student progress
* Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all students
* Create a positive and engaging learning environment
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff and leadership teams
* Promote high standards of achievement and attainment
