What you will be doing:
Work as part of a dedicated team, supporting each other to achieve our production commitments.
Follow established sequences and standard operating procedures while proactively seeking process improvements.
Maintain the highest level of quality in your work at all times.
Investigate issues and solve problems as they arise.
Follow written instructions to ensure adherence to standardized practices.

Requirements:
Essential: Ability to repeatedly follow set sequences of work (standardized work), high attention to detail, and a genuine willingness to learn.
Flexibility: Must be available to work overtime as required and be flexible regarding shift patterns.
Desirable: Previous experience on a moving production line or within a manufacturing environment is an advantage, though not essential. Knowledge of continuous improvement is also a plus.
What we offer:
Competitive Pay: £16.39 - £18.64 per hour, with excellent rates for overtime.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with typical shifts such as 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM (Mon-Thu) and 07:00 AM - 12:00 Noon (Fri).
