Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing ingredients and cooking a variety of dishes, including sauces, grilling, and frying.
Maintain hygiene standards and ensure your workstation is organised and clean.
Support senior chefs and learn how to refine essential cooking techniques.
Help with ingredient monitoring and stock control to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
Participate in cleaning routines and kitchen procedures to uphold safety standards.
What we're looking for:
A Commis Chef with a passion for cooking and eagerness to learn in a professional kitchen environment.
