Austin Dean Recruitment is looking for experienced, reliable staff to support children, families and young adults across a range of services in Walsall.
Available assignments
* Family Time – various locations: Provide respite for foster carers and supervise contact between parents and children in line with court directions. You must be able to observe objectively and write a full report after every session.
* Mellow, Support children in a crèche setting.
* My Place, Support children with special educational needs during holiday club activities.
* Rivers House, Support young adults in an independent living service.
* Crèche, Support children in a crèche setting.

What we’re looking for
* Relevant experience working with children, families, young people or adults who need support
* A sound understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries
* Clear communication and accurate record keeping
* The ability to remain impartial and produce factual reports for Family Time sessions
* The right to work in the UK
* Mandatory Training and Level 2 minimum in Health & Social Care
Assignments are subject to appropriate checks, including an Enhanced DBS check, references and any role-specific requirements.

£13.50 - £16.50 per hour
