Since 2010 we've built our reputation on doing things properly – one point of contact, everything evidenced, and work planned around our clients' trading day. Now we're growing, and we're looking for a Sales Administrator to help drive the next stage.
The Role
You'll sit at the heart of our Sales team, reporting directly to our CEO and Sales Director. You'll work closely with our Marketing Director, Senior Estimator, Account Manager and Senior BDM, and you'll be backed by a wider team of 30.
The role has a clear purpose. By owning the enquiry pipeline, the reporting and the admin, you'll free up our Estimator and BDM to spend more time on site with clients, surveying and winning work. You'll see the whole sales process, from the first enquiry through to the win, and you'll play a real part in how it happens.
What You'll Own:
Enquiries: managing general and website enquiries from major clients and new prospects, qualifying them and making sure everyone gets a fast, professional response.
Desktop surveys: preparing desktop surveys that give the estimating team a head start before they go to site.
Sales reporting: producing the pipeline, quote and performance figures that the CEO and leadership team rely on.
Sales support: keeping quotes moving, our systems accurate and the team organised.
Marketing support: helping the Marketing Director with campaigns, case studies, events and client-facing content.
Client contact: being a confident, polished first point of contact for our clients.
Who We're Looking For:
Experience in sales support, business admin or a coordinator role, ideally in a B2B, corporate or professional services setting. Construction or facilities management experience is a bonus, but it's the way you work that matters most.
Highly organised, with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to manage a busy workload without dropping the ball.
Strong with numbers, confident in Excel and able to turn data into clear reports.
Polished and professional on the phone, on email and with senior client stakeholders.
Proactive – You anticipate what the team needs and you get it done before you're asked.
Ambitious, and keen to grow with a business that's going places.
