Purpose of the Job - Admin Team Leader/Senior Administrator
Lead and manage a team of 2 Administrators, overseeing the administration and coordination of housing repairs and maintenance.
Coordinate repair requests, appointments, operatives and contractors to ensure jobs are progressed within agreed timescales.
Monitor team workloads, productivity and KPIs, ensuring service standards and targets are consistently achieved.
Manage tenant queries and escalations, providing a professional and responsive customer service.
Maintain accurate repairs and housing records, ensuring systems are updated throughout the job life cycle.
Support and develop the administration team, ensuring efficient processes, effective communication and a high standard of tenant service
