About the Role
This is a nationwide role. You must be willing and able to work away from home during the week as required. RMLFS covers all accommodation and provides a staying away allowance and dinner money for all overnight stays.
Scope of Work:
Strip and re-sheeting (metal and flat roofing systems).
Liquid roofing, overlays, and patch repairs.
Rooflight replacements.
General reactive and planned maintenance.
Working safely on live commercial and industrial sites.
Liaising with in-house scaffolding teams where required.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 x SSSTS-qualified Supervisor in the gang.
All operatives must hold valid CSCS cards.
Proven experience in commercial roofing.
Must be able and willing to work nationwide and stay away during the week.
Own van, tools, and full PPE.
Strong understanding of site health and safety.
Additional qualifications (desirable): PASMA / IPAF / Asbestos Awareness / Working at Height.

Pay Guide (Subcontract Basis):
Operative Day Rate: £180 – £220
Supervisor (SSSTS): £220 – £250
Plus: Travel expenses / Accommodation / Staying away allowance / Dinner allowance for overnight stays
