What You'll Be Doing
As part of the technology team, you'll be involved in a variety of day-to-day activities including:

* Troubleshooting common IT problems and escalating more complex issues when necessary.
Networking
* Supporting the maintenance of business networks and connectivity.
* Assisting with the configuration of switches, routers, and wireless technologies.
* Monitoring network performance and reporting potential issues.
* Learning how secure business networks are managed.
Cyber Security
* Monitoring security alerts and investigating potential threats.
* Assisting with security checks and vulnerability reviews.
* Supporting cyber awareness initiatives across the company.
* Helping maintain security documentation and compliance records.
* Learning how organisations protect sensitive financial data and systems.
