Aspire People are looking for a Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to support pupils in an SEMH school in the Wolverhampton/Bilston area.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children or young people with SEMH needs, challenging behaviour and complex needs, alongside a calm and consistent approach.
The school will provide physical intervention training, so candidates must be willing to complete the training and follow the school's behaviour management procedures.
Requirements:
Level 3 TA qualification is essential.
Experience supporting pupils with SEMH or behavioural needs.
Confidence managing challenging behaviour.
Willingness to complete physical intervention training.
A patient, resilient and supportive approach.
