Our client are a well established multi-branch Estate Agency and are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their busy Lettings team in their Brentwood office. Being offered with high commission earnings, this is an opportunity not to be missed!
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator:
* Deal with all Letting enquiries by telephone, email and face to face
* Matching tenants to the right properties and providing relevant information
* Organising and carry out property viewings
* Liaising with tenants to negotiate terms of tenancy and renewals where applicable
* Maintain and build strong relationships with landlords and tenants whilst delivering exceptional customer service
* Carrying out market appraisals for future Lets and converting to listings
* Promote properties by social media and advertising platforms
* Keep up to date with current legislation
* Any ad-hoc duties that may arise
Senior Lettings Negotiator Skills needed:
* Previous Lettings Negotiator experience is essential
* Proven track record of successfully negotiating deals
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Organisational and multitasking skills
* Strong team player and ability to work under pressure
* Smart and professional appearance
* Driven and ambitious to achieve targets
* Full UK licence and access to own car
