Job Description:
Synergise Recruitment are recruiting Night Production Operatives to join a successful and growing food manufacturing business based in Willand, Devon on a temp to perm basis.
* £13.36 per hour up to 37.5 hours, OT Rate of £20.04 for hours worked above this
* £5 daily bonus

The Role
Working as part of a busy production team, you'll help manufacture high-quality food products while ensuring excellent standards of food safety, quality and cleanliness.
Your duties will include:
* Preparing workstations and equipment for production
* Operating machinery safely and efficiently
* Weighing, measuring and mixing ingredients
* Working as part of a fast-paced production line
* Completing production paperwork accurately
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workplace
* Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
* Maintaining high standards of product quality
About You
Previous experience in production, manufacturing or food production is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
