Salary: £14.50 per hour, negotiable depending on experience
Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00am–4:30pm | Friday 8:00am–1:00pm
Overtime: Available, paid at 1/3

Siamo Recruitment are currently supporting a well-established client based in Flintshire who are looking for an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for a skilled and reliable Welder / Fabricator looking for a long-term position with a Monday-to-Friday working pattern and regular overtime opportunities.
The Role
As a Welder / Fabricator, you will be responsible for:
MIG welding and general fabrication
Working with mild steel and other materials
Reading and working from engineering drawings
Measuring, cutting, fitting and assembling components
Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
Ensuring all work meets the required quality standards
Carrying out quality checks on completed work
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Working efficiently to meet production deadlines
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience as a Welder / Fabricator
Good MIG welding skills
Experience working with mild steel
The ability to read and understand engineering drawings
Strong fabrication and fitting skills
Good attention to detail
A reliable and hardworking approach
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
