I’m working with an established, product-led business in Warrington who are looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of their B2B marketing across the UK, with an international focus.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants real ownership of their area, with the freedom to bring new ideas and help shape how B2B marketing develops across the business and its international markets.
There are already some great foundations in place, including agency relationships and processes, but they’re looking for someone who will come in, take the lead and look at how things can be done even better.
What will you be doing?
You’ll own the B2B marketing plan and work closely with Sales, Product, Commercial and Technical teams to understand what the business needs and turn this into effective marketing activity.
You’ll be involved across:
Owning the B2B marketing strategy, budget and campaign calendar
Developing campaigns for wholesalers, distributors, contractors, installers and channel partners
Supporting product launches and go-to-market activity
Creating propositions, messaging and sales enablement materials
Working with international teams to develop campaigns that can be adapted across different markets
Managing external agencies across PR, content, digital and campaigns
Taking briefs from internal teams and turning them into clear, commercially focused campaigns
Managing agency relationships, budgets, deadlines and performance
Working closely with Sales and Product to make sure marketing is commercially relevant
Supporting and developing the International Marketing Coordinator/Executive
This is a really hands-on role, so you won’t just be setting the strategy and handing it over to someone else. You’ll be involved from the initial idea and brief through to delivery and measuring the results.
What are they looking for?
You’ll ideally have a strong background in B2B marketing, particularly within a product, channel, distribution or manufacturing-led environment.
Experience within sectors such as construction, building products, manufacturing, engineering, electrical, industrial, wholesale or distribution would be particularly relevant, but they’re open to other product-led B2B backgrounds.
You’ll ideally have experience across:
B2B and product marketing
Wholesalers, distributors, contractors or installers
Product launches and go-to-market activity
Integrated marketing campaigns
Agency management and briefing
Budgets and campaign performance
International markets or adapting campaigns across different countries
They’re looking for someone who is commercially minded, hands-on and confident enough to look at what’s already in place and bring their own ideas.

What’s on offer?
£35,000–£45,000 salary
Flexibility around salary for the right person
