Welcoming visitors and providing a professional first point of contact
Answering and directing incoming calls
Managing general enquiries via phone and email
Handling incoming and outgoing post
Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
Providing general administrative support to the wider team
Booking meeting rooms and supporting with day-to-day office tasksSkills, Experience, and Training Requirements
Previous reception, administration or customer service experience is desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and professional telephone manner
Good organisation and attention to detail
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard office systems
Reliable, approachable and able to work well as part of a teamOur Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone friendly, dependable and organised who enjoys being the first point of contact and can provide a professional, welcoming service. Experience is beneficial, but attitude and a willingness to learn are equally important.
