General Cover Supervisors Wanted - Secondary Schools Across Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT)
Location: Rhondda Cynon Taf
Start Date: Immediate Start
Pay: £120 - £140 per day (depending on level of experience and qualifications)
Are you confident leading a classroom and passionate about supporting young people? Aspire People are recruiting General Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Rhondda Cynon Taf.
We are keen to hear from individuals with experience working with young people in a variety of settings, including education, tutoring, sports coaching, youth work, mentoring, training or other child-focused roles. If you have strong communication skills, a positive attitude and the confidence to manage a classroom, we want to hear from you.

The Role
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
* Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
* Support pupils in completing set work.
* Adapt to different school settings and year groups.
* Build positive relationships with students and staff.
What We're Looking For
* Experience working with children or young people.
* A confident and professional approach.
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
* Flexibility, reliability and enthusiasm.
* Relevant qualifications or transferable experience are welcomed.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
