You don’t need previous recruitment experience. If you’ve worked in a customer-facing, sales, account management or telephone-based role and are confident communicating with people, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll learn how to:

• Source and engage healthcare professionals

• Build relationships with candidates and clients

• Manage existing customer accounts

• Develop new business opportunities

• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
