As Head Chef, you'll take responsibility for the smooth running of the kitchen, including:
Overseeing daily kitchen operations from preparation through to service
Leading, training and motivating the kitchen team
Ensuring kitchen procedures are followed
Preparing and cooking high-quality food to a consistent standard
Managing customer requests and dietary requirements
Ensuring efficient service during busy periods
Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards
Managing stock levels, inventory and supplier orders

We're looking for an experienced kitchen leader with:
Previous experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager
A genuine passion for quality food and culinary creativity
The ability to lead and motivate a small kitchen team
