The Role
We are looking for a confident and competent Hair Stylist who can bring their creativity and passion to the salon. You will be joining a team that works together to keep the salon running smoothly and create a fun and positive environment.
There is no need to bring your own clientele, as the salon already has clients waiting for you.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out professional hairdressing services to a high standard
Completing restyles, ladies' and gents' cuts and blow-dries
Providing colouring and highlighting services
Carrying out perms and hair-up styling
Consulting with clients to understand their requirements
Creating high-quality styles while delivering excellent customer service
Working as part of the team and helping wherever needed to keep the salon running smoothly
Creating a fun, welcoming and positive environment for clients and colleagues
Requirements
Essential
Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Hair Stylist
Competent and confident in all aspects of hairdressing
Experience with restyles, ladies' and gents' cuts and blow-dries
Experience with colouring and highlights
Experience with perms and hair-up styling
Passionate and enthusiastic about hairdressing
Strong team player
Full UK driving licence
Desirable
Level 3 Hairdressing qualification
