About the Opportunity
We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity within the Rewards & HR Operations function of a globally recognised consumer brand. Working within a collaborative Global Mobility and Rewards team of 7-8 professionals, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless international mobility programme while partnering with HR and business leaders across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities
Global Mobility Management
Act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, HR Directors, and business leaders on all international employee movements.
Manage end-to-end global mobility processes including expatriate assignments, international transfers, local-to-local moves, repatriations, and short-term assignments.
Coordinate complex international moves across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with company policies and local legislation.
Provide guidance on immigration, right-to-work requirements, international tax considerations, and mobility best practice.
Support employees throughout their relocation journey, ensuring an excellent employee experience from assignment initiation through to repatriation. International Assignment Expertise
Manage high-volume international moves, with particular focus on employee relocations between France/ USA and other global markets.
Partner closely with international HR teams, payroll providers, tax specialists, immigration lawyers, and relocation vendors to ensure successful delivery of assignments.
Act as the UK&I Global Mobility Subject Matter Expert, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of mobility trends, compliance requirements, and market practices.Financial & Commercial Management
Own international mobility costs and expenditure.
Manage purchase orders, invoices, vendor payments, and cost recharging processes.
Build and manage the annual expatriate budget in partnership with Finance.
Conduct annual benchmarking exercises using market data and internal financial information to ensure competitiveness and cost efficiency.
Monitor mobility spend and provide reporting and analysis to senior stakeholders.Stakeholder Management
Develop strong working relationships with senior HR leaders, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Rewards, and international business teams.
Influence and advise stakeholders on mobility-related matters and policy decisions.
Manage relationships with external service providers including relocation agencies, immigration specialists, and tax advisors.Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will bring:
Proven experience within Global Mobility or International Assignment Management.
Strong experience moving employees globally, particularly involving France and wider European markets.
Experience working within a large corporate or multinational organisation.
Excellent understanding of immigration, right-to-work, international tax, and relocation processes.
Demonstrable experience managing mobility budgets, costs, and financial reporting.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior level.
Experience working closely with HR, Rewards, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex assignments simultaneously.

Ideal Background & Summary
We are seeking an experienced Global Mobility professional who has managed the complete end-to-end expatriate process within a large international organisation. The successful candidate will be comfortable partnering with line managers and senior HR stakeholders, raising and managing POs, overseeing mobility budgets, and handling complex international moves, particularly involving France and global markets. This individual will combine strong operational delivery with exceptional stakeholder management skills and a passion for providing a best-in-class expatriate experience.
