Tria has partnered with a global, market leading company who have an opportunity for an EUC Engineer to join them on a permanent basis.
They require an EUC Engineer to provide a consistent and reliable user experience across laptops, desktops, mobiles and meeting room equipment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage Microsoft services, including Active Directory, Azure AD (ENTRA), SCCM, Intune, and O365.
Ensuring these services operate optimally and securely, with cyber security best practices.
Manage Okta to help maintain Hachette's identity & access management platform to enable seamless automation for starters, leavers and mover processes.Experience required:
Experience of Okta, including a strong understanding of starter and leaver process within Okta.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, O365, SCCM and Intune (with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with these technologies).
Microsoft associate or expert certification is preferred.
JAMF Accreditation
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.The role is hybrid, with 3 days required in the London office per week.
