The Role
As our Marketing & Communications Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering strategic marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, engage customers, and support commercial growth.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll translate technical solutions into compelling customer-focused messaging, helping position Nexos as a trusted partner and industry leader.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and delivering marketing and communication strategies aligned with business objectives
- Creating and executing impactful digital and offline marketing campaigns
- Developing compelling content including case studies, thought leadership articles, presentations, social media content, and sales materials
- Supporting business development activities through targeted, account-based marketing initiatives
- Strengthening the Nexos brand through consistent messaging and market positioning
- Managing events, exhibitions, and industry engagement activities
- Identifying opportunities to raise the profile of Nexos and its leadership team
- Measuring campaign performance and using data-driven insights to optimise results
- Managing marketing budgets to ensure maximum return on investment
About You
We're looking for a creative, commercially minded marketing professional who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in a marketing, communications, or brand-focused role
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills
- Experience planning and delivering successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A data-driven approach to measuring marketing effectiveness
- The ability to translate technical information into engaging customer-focused content
