About the role
CoActive Care are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Group Learning Systems & Development Lead to help shape learning, training and staff development across our organisation.
This is a varied role combining Learning & Development, digital learning systems, staff induction, training delivery and practice development.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop our Learning Management System (Access), ensuring training records, learning pathways and compliance information are accurate and up to date
* Develop engaging training materials, presentations, e-learning, assessments and competency tools
* Lead the development and implementation of our group induction programme for new employees
* Deliver face-to-face training, coaching and practical learning across our services
* Work closely with Registered Managers and senior colleagues to identify training needs and improve staff competence and practice
* Monitor training compliance and provide clear reports on progress, risks and areas requiring improvement
* Help develop our internal trainers and support the continued growth of our learning and development function
* Complete an approved NAPPI/BildACT Train-the-Trainer programme and deliver de-escalation and restrictive-practice training within the approved programme
About you
* Experience in learning and development within adult social care, healthcare, or another regulated environment
* Confident delivering training to groups
* Comfortable using learning management systems
* Able to create professional and engaging learning resources
* A recognised teaching or training qualification, or equivalent experience, is required
* Knowledge of CQC requirements, the Care Certificate, safeguarding and person-centred care would be important
* Organised, confident, approachable and comfortable working independently across several services
Essential requirements

* DBS check
* A full UK driving licence (essential, due to regular travel between sites)
