Immediate requirement for a proactive Logistics Administrator to support end-to-end shipping, warehouse coordination and operational logistics for a busy Nottingham-based operation.

This is a fast-paced, communication-heavy role working closely with 3PL providers, warehouse teams, customers and internal stakeholders to ensure goods are picked, packed and shipped accurately and on time.

The Role

Coordinate goods collection, outbound shipping and cross-docking
Liaise with 3PL partners regarding pickups, ETAs and delivery updates
Maintain shipping logs, proof of delivery (POD) and tracking records
Monitor inbound / outbound POs and project stock levels
Maintain accurate warehouse and logistics documentation
Support domestic and international shipments and associated documentation
Investigate delivery issues, delays and discrepancies and drive them through to resolution
Escalate operational issues where requiredThe Person

Previous logistics, warehouse administration or supply chain coordination experience is essential
Good working knowledge of an ERP system - [preferably SAP S/4HANA]
Experience with domestic and international shipping; knowledge of customs and shipping documentation advantageous
Customer service experience, with the confidence to resolve end-mile delivery issues
Strong Microsoft Excel and general IT skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to work independently, manage competing priorities and perform under time pressure
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
Confident working across 3PLs, warehouses, customers and internal stakeholders
